Swedish Massage

​

Swedish massage is a manual technique performed directly on the skin using specific maneuvers for therapeutic purposes. These maneuvers have effects mainly on the systems: muscular, lymphatic, circulatory, nervous and bone.

Massage oils, essential oils, balms are used to maximize the effects of massage and promote relaxation through smell.

The client is undressed and covered by a sheet and a blanket, only the massaging part is uncovered, the sheets are placed in a safe way for the client for each part of the body.

You can do massage sessions every week, every month, depending on the amount of pain you have accumulated over the years.

reflexology

Reflexology aims to mobilize the body's self-healing processes. It is practiced by exerting sustained pressure, with the fingertips, on reflex points located on the feet and hands. These points correspond to organs or organic functions.

It would be more related to shiatsu or acupuncture. Rather, it seeks to bring some relief to all kinds of ailments: headaches or backaches, premenstrual syndrome, stress, respiratory, intestinal, kidney, bladder, liver, hormonal system, etc.

For example, a person with a liver problem may feel some pain if you press exactly the reflex point corresponding to this organ.

Pressotherapy - The benefits

Veno-lymphatic drainage by the pressotherapy method uses devices with a physiological pressure gradient with inflatable boots activated by an air compressor (the pressure increases gradually, ranging from 40 to 80 millibars).

The purpose of this massage is to activate the circulation of the lymph, the blood circulation, to stimulate the immune defense system, and to cause deep relaxation. The phenomenon of heavy legs and cellulite is gradually diminishing.​
